A Song in the Night

It was one of those nights…up at 2:00 trying to get to sleep. I guess I had a lot on my mind. I wandered through the house and saw my guitar propped up all nice and proper, waiting for some attention. I could feel my spirit relax at the sight of it. I picked up my faithful friend and sat down in the dark. A small night light flickered it’s steady light in all but darkness. I took in the night air and began to play. Suddenly my fingers moved to a song in my head and I began to sing. “Not too loud!” I thought to myself but the song had to be sung and so it was! I had a most wonderful sleep after all…

I am looking forward to recording this song for you! It is really beautiful! I also have some AMAZING PLAYING on a few songs that we are mixing now!

Life is BUSY and many times feels like the weight of it and the day are heavy and there is no time for a song, but I am so encouraged that the music flows, like water that finds its place!
